At the first event hosted by COJA Content House, more than 70 of Iran’s leading Persian-language podcasts gathered to discuss the future of the podcast industry.As CEO of VIMA and a board member of COJA, I hosted the second panel of the event, where we explored the idea of podcasts as independent businesses. The conversation focused on how building and scaling a successful show requires many of the same principles as building a company — from developing a clear vision and strategy to creating value for an audience and building a sustainable ecosystem.
